Shipping and Returns
Domestic Turkey shipping is configured as free for orders of 500 TL and above; below that threshold, the admin-defined shipping fee applies. International shipping is currently configured as free unless changed from admin settings.
For return or exchange requests, contact [email protected] with order number, explanation and photos. Custom-made or personalized products may be subject to return exceptions. Damaged parcels should be documented with photos and carrier report.
